I have seen quite a few Lunar eclipses over the years, both partial and full. And Solar eclipses too (although not as many).
Tonight's total Lunar eclipse was potentially visible to all of Australia. So, out I went at 7.45pm. Not bad for a while, but with some cloud. As the eclipse got towards total, the clouds got heavier, until the clouds eclipsed the eclipse!
Anyway, I took a few photos with the three below being the best. These were taken with my iPhone. A bit of pixelation due to digital zoom, but not bad for a phone photo...
